For an alcoholic beverage, this is not too bad. I do like my alcohol drinks to be a little "fruity". This does meet the standard, but goes a little beyond that. It tastes like a malty grape beverage, but the grape does make it taste almost like cough syrup to cover the nasty medicine that lays beneath it. I can say this is a different flavor from the previous alcoholic energy drinks I have tried. Glad to see not everyone is not making a beer energy drink.
