Energy Drink Reviews - Monster : Heavy Metal

I have been avoiding this drink ever since I was told it tasted like cat urine. But to form my own opinion I decided to give it a try.

I can see how it does not appeal to the regular Monster Energy drink tester. I hate the original Monster flavor. And this is a complete improvement on that taste. It does taste like a sour apple energy drink. But I don't think is as bad as everyone else is saying. Maybe the 32 oz can might just be a little overboard. But as a company, you have to make a decision to make all your fans happy and make a profit. Or to have a drink sit on the shelf so a minority of the energy drinkers population drink your drink.

This drink left so much to be desired I mean you get the can and supposedly it is sour green apple tasting energy drink. You get past the awesome green packaging and finially open the damn 5$ can only to take your first sip or syrupy sugary grossness. The only reason I gave this thing a 2/10 was because I would give dog shit in a can a 1/10 and I'd rather have one of these rather than that. Overall with such a cool design I expected way more out of a drink like this, but this one is to be left on the SHELF or in the garbage were it belongs! And I guess the buzz was there if you could down it.

This drink tastes like a gummy bear and/or worm that has no flavor.

Warning! do not drink this drink it isn't worth it!

Dear Monster,

Please remove this drink from shelves everywhere, it taste like gasoline, without the techron!! Great idea for a huge can and cool name but this drink is not derserving of your brand name and my 4 bucks.

Only pick this up if you are running low on gasoline and you want to try something cool. ok better not as drinkaddict is not responsible for damage to your vehicle but you get the point. if you want a big ass c an of energy pick up monster "bfc" but not this awful drink.
